Most important lesson you’ve learned about building and leading a team: "The biggest lesson I’ve learned is to listen more and talk less, especially on the front end when evaluating needs. I take the posture of a servant leader. I build collaboration and trust by modeling it first and leading the charge to show the benefits of collaboration by connecting with partners who make us all better!"

Helping people grow and succeed in their roles: "Coaching up others and allowing them to coach you have been one of my greatest strengths in helping and receiving help, as we all make mistakes and explore spaces of creativity."

Advice for leaders who want to create a workplace where people can flourish: "Start with yourself, as you are setting the tone for a culture that embraces all. Balancing organizational goals with people’s needs isn’t something you have to do alone; I rely on mentors who have been through it."
