For our client, a global manufacturing company specializing in adhesives, sealants, and coatings for the automotive, construction, and industrial sectors, with a multinational workforce and complex regulatory environment, ensuring people leaders understand and uphold HR compliance workplace policies is both a priority and a challenge.


When this organization recognized their people leaders were due for a meaningful refresher on HR compliance and workplace policies, they brought in FlourishesConsulting to make it count. We designed and facilitated a half-day, in-person HR compliance workshop for 50+ people leaders, in two smaller groups. Our sessions were built around active participation rather than passive learning. We did our homework beforehand to learn the company's values and culture, so we could customize the workshop with real scenarios from people leaders' actual day-to-day experiences.

 

We came prepared with company specific, interactive scenarios, which participants noticed and appreciated.
